Our G2E 2012 Las Vegas show was very successful, not just from sales perspective, but again we also proved that we are technically on the top of the shape. Our service team did a great job on the booth preparing the games and other technical details necessary to run such an important show.
We are also very happy to announce that we implemented and established the PILOT CENTER in USA. After months of hard work we implemented the iPad App, CRM, Call Center and IBOnline in our PILOT CENTER in Las Vegas office.
New Pilot center enable our technicians to fulfill service forms through iPads, with which we are also building our IBS reporting base, Trouble to Solution Base, Knowledge Base etc. and we believe that we’ll be even more efficient in the future. Our guys showed once again their loyalty to the company, flexibility and willingness to improve already great Interblock service.
